Bring your whole family to the North Iowa STEM Festival on Wednesday, April 17 from 4-7PM at North Iowa Area Community College Gymnasium in Mason City!  Experience fun, hands-on activities at this interactive Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) event. The festival is free and open to the public with activities best suited for elementary students (K-6).

DES MOINES, IOWA (April 1, 2024) –April donors bring May lives saved! This month,  roll up your sleeves and save lives with LifeServe Blood Center. LifeServe Blood Center  is calling all community members to participate in blood donation drives throughout the  month of April, in your neighborhood. Each donation bolsters the blood supply for local  hospitals, and LifeServe aims to emphasize the crucial role that each donor plays in  supporting healthcare services within their own communities.  

The Clear Lake Earth Day Committee and Healthy Harvest of North Iowa have partnered to launch the North Iowa Green Expo and Market from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, April 18 at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake.

Ready to lace up those running shoes and make every step count for our planet? Don't miss out on the Earth Day 5k/10k Race & Youth Mile happening on Saturday, April 20th! Set your alarms because the youth race kicks off at 8:30 am sharp, followed by the 5k/10k at 9 am! Whether you're sprinting ahead or taking a leisurely jog, or a casual walk, there's something for everyone to enjoy while celebrating Mother Earth.

IndoorFest is a family-friendly event held on April 20 in City Park as part of Clear Lake Earth Day celebrations. This event offers a variety of fun activities and educational opportunities aimed at promoting outdoor recreation and environmental stewardship.

Lila Neves – Prevention Specialist with Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Health will be speaking at the Mason City Public Library on Saturday April 20th at 2:00 PM.

Wolfdog Comedy presents The North Iowa Comedy Fest 3 at Music Man Square April 20th 2024. Show is to include many local comedians. And National Headliner Tommy Ryman. Doors open at 7:30 with show to start at 8:00.
