A clipper system is forecast to bring much colder temperatures and windy conditions by Monday into Tuesday. Wind chill values look to drop as low as 10 below by Tuesday morning over northern Iowa. The cold snap lingers into Wednesday. Highs on Tuesday and Wednesday look to range in the teens and 20s with lows in the single digits around zero.
