Details on timing and primary threats aren’t certain as of yet, but it appears as though thunderstorms will be likely at some point Saturday with severe weather possible, mainly central and west.

The most likely times for severe weather seem to be during the afternoon and evening, although there will be chances for storms throughout the day.

The primary hazards as of now appear to be large hail and damaging winds, although a tornado or two cannot be ruled out. Flash flooding is not expected, but some storms may also produce locally heavy rains.

If you are planning, or participating in outdoor activities Saturday, but sure to monitor the weather and have plans to seek shelter if needed.
