Clear Lake Jaycees

The annual Clear Lake Polar Bear Club as part of Christmas By The Lake presented by the Clear Lake Jaycees! An event that raises funds for the local toys for tots and Clear Lake kids and families in need fund.  Sunday December December 3rd at Clear Lake City Beach.
