The 2023 North Iowa Band Festival Royalty. The North Iowa Band Festival is Memorial Day weekend in Mason City. They will be judged on Saturday morning, May 27 prior to the parade and the winners will be crowned at the awards ceremony at 1:30PM later that day at the Principal Pavilion downtown. Mason City and Newman king and queen are hosts for the program and not eligible to compete.
